Shipping costs


We deliver our goods in Europe. The delivery fee will be expressly stated in our price information of the respective product before the order process is completed.

Duration of delivery


Usually the rings are ready to be shipped withing 1-4 working days. Due to high demand, sometimes the order can take longer.

We can not give a guaranteed time of delivery. It depends on your country, how many orders we have to process and of course the shipping company.

We always try our best to process each order quickly - if you have any questions about your order and shipping, please contact us.

 

Returns


You have the right to revoke your order within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party you designate who is not the carrier has or has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this agreement by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail).

Consequences of withdrawal


If you revoke this agreement, we will pay you all the payments we have received from you within a period of fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you have used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for these repayment fees.

We may refuse repayment until we have recovered the goods or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is respected if you send the goods before the end of the period of 14 days.

The customer bears the immediate cost of returning the goods.
